I don't know how your question has anything to do with what I asked... Floyd fans want Manny to be tested by usada and only by usada, but in the same token they are also like floyd, for better testing for the entire sport. How would they propose to have better testing when boxing is a global sport if they only think usada should be doing the testing?

I think this represents a minority of Floyd's fans. Any reasonable individual would understand that the capability exists outside of the USADA.

Then what is the problem with Manny training partly in the Philippines? If there is no issue of WADA sending approved non usada testers, why all the fuss when Bob says there are no more obstacles? Yet floyd fans says that Manny has to train in the U.S. to get tested by usada.

Why didnt he object to USADA when he stated that Pac had agreed to full testing?

Thats not the point though.. You all claim to be for better testing...Floyd claims to be for better testing.. Boxing is a global sport and not everywhere falls under the jurisdiction of USADA...Manny should take usada tests when he is in usada territory no question. So as soon as manny is done in the P.I. and moves to the wild card gym for that part of his training, usada should test him.. But the problem is Sr. and floyd fans complaining about Manny training in the philippines to begin with which is not under usada jurisdiction...
