Every year he puts on a free boxing competition and he always has several charities. Just because he does not brag about it like your idol does not mean he does not do it. AGAIN.... is this about better testing or is this about Floyd? I never did get an adequate rebuttal from *****s who, like their man FMJ, claims to be about better testing and not just testing one man... Boxing is a global sport that involve regions that do not fall under usada jurisdiction. Do these floyd fans who claim to be for better testing coincidentally like their man fmj, want usada to conduct all tests in every country/region for every fighter? or just for fighters who have to fight mayweather? As we all know USADA does not have jurisdiction to test everywhere so that means people have to train where usada can test under floyd's and his minions plans for implementing better testing... It is what floyd wants and his minions coincidentally just happen to have the same desires. it is really not about floyd testing one man, it is about better testing,,,, right *****s? as far as i know manny said he has agreed to all OST demands.. and manny also said he wouldnt have any problem with OST from the start if it was a rule by the boxing commissioner. so if OST is such a big deal to floyd, why hasnt he step up and try to have the commissioner make OST a standard rule and why didnt floyd demand any of these OST to his pass opponents but started to when he was setting up to face manny, a guy that have no skill and is easy work.. can u answer this??

I have no problem with PADA (or whatever Philippines WADA affiliated agency is named) doing the testing for the Philippines leg of his training. Then when they come to the US to finish training, USADA conducts the remaining tests. It seems like a perfectly fine compromise. This is how Manny normally trains and does not seem unreasonable.

However, if they suddenly elect to only train in the Philippines up until a few days before the fight, that would seem very su****ious. If both fighters agree however, I am perfectly fine with their decisions. It is them in there, not any of us.
