Should USADA be a global testing agency not locked down to a specific region to satisfy Floyd's and his fans desire for "better testing" for the entire sport? someone answer please, the fighters of the world want to hear what is fair from the mouth of Floyd and his fans.

Why don't you ask WADA who oversees and regulates what USADA does ???

I have no problem with PADA (or whatever Philippines WADA affiliated agency is named) doing the testing for the Philippines leg of his training. Then when they come to the US to finish training, USADA conducts the remaining tests. It seems like a perfectly fine compromise. This is how Manny normally trains and does not seem unreasonable.

However, if they suddenly elect to only train in the Philippines up until a few days before the fight, that would seem very su****ious. If both fighters agree however, I am perfectly fine with their decisions. It is them in there, not any of us.

When did they say that or who said that? I never read that anywhere or hear it.. this is the first time. I assumed they would train in the P.I. and go to the states as they have been doing and not spend longer training in the p.i. Even bob said that "pac will do THE FIRST PART of his training in the philippines" like he has been doing anyway.

I am agreeing that there is no problem with doing the testing in Philippines and then USA. I don't even understand why some people (*****s) are upset about this

I don't know how your question has anything to do with what I asked... Floyd fans want Manny to be tested by usada and only by usada, but in the same token they are also like floyd, for better testing for the entire sport. How would they propose to have better testing when boxing is a global sport if they only think usada should be doing the testing?
