Contrary to popular belief, Manny agreed to the test a while ago. Yet if you listen to Koncz and Arum they are saying there was no agreement. Thats because Arum could steal more money feeding Manny Top Rank fighters without Manny knowing that he could if Manny fought Mayweather. But a change is gonna come now that Manny has his contracts under investigation.
