secondly- yes he telegraphs it- but if floyd's throwing then eventually he's getting hit

and after that moseley punch- its offical

    floyd's chin is suspect

no disrespect but you need to go back and watch some more boxing than come back and discuss. Look Floyd is by no means a power puncher but he buckled DLH's knees, he was hurting Mosley in their fight, and time and time again I have seen him hurt guys upstairs and down because of his accuracy, ability to punch form angles and speed. And those Right hands he took from Mosely which were some of Shanes best right hands i have witnessed from him in a long time were serious punches. See now you have me sounding like a *****, this is sad but has to be said.

You can't be serious. This fight has Mayweather/Gatti written all over it. Except Gatti was a lot bigger than Floyd and could actually box. Also Floyd's punches will gain Maidana's respect more than the showshiners Khan was throwing at him

man you trolling. why did you post Pacquiao's clip
Also Floyd wasn't hurt against Judah's punch
Also Floyd was in the southpaw stance in the last stance because he broke his hand earlier in the fight against Hernadez
Then yeah Mosley got him with a good punch and he still came forward in the same round

Haha u called his chin suspect?

Floyds never been knocked out..technically hes only been knocked down once.
The hardest unch he ever took was against shane and he shook it off in less than a round...And mosley hits alot harder than maidana.

Youre just talking **** because you hate floyd no problem with that. But atleast say something logical.

i thought everyone knew floyd had a glass chin? every time he gets hit solid he goes into the fetal position. not a good sign. he does recover well so you gotta give him that but it's only a matter of time before he gets ko'd in brutal fashion like roger mayweather did over and over.

Margarito could throw punches all day long but if they dont land they dont count for much. Mayweather is too good defensively to get hit by even the Margarito that whooped Cotto(and that was the best Margarito I have witnessed to date). And Mayweather is not only well conditioned but one of the best conditioned athletes in the world. It's about ring smarts and having the variety of tools and abilities to make it count against a fighter like Floyd.

Regarding Ortiz, outside of a crazed maniacal intensity I saw the same Ortiz that I have always seen vs Berto. He looked really good in spots and not so good in other spots. Personally his win over Berto had as much to do with what he did as what Berto didnt do. Berto was inactive coming into the fight, much like Tim Bradley, and fought ****** just like he did against Collazo. Berto tried to muscle and power Ortiz out of there but found out that sometimes that plan backfires on you.

Personally I think Ortiz vs Mayweather will be a far less entertaining match and by about the 5th or 6th round it will be obvious that Ortiz will have to come up with a stoppage to win this fight. Sounds like Im a Floyd Fan but really I'm just being realistic.
again you guys don't get the point.

margarito or another pressure fighter might not have or been able to beat floyd.

that doesn't mean it's the wrong game plan.

                    you guys get it?

the ts is asking what style/type of fighter could beat mayweather.

that's what i think style/type of fighter can beat mayweather.

margarito was just an example. whether he could have beat floyd or not doesn't really matter.

but it's the type/style that could beat floyd.

                    boxing floyd ain't gonna work.

Margarito isn't capable of using Castillo's plan. Not even Castillo could pull it off. Castillo would feint Floyd backward up into the ropes and force him Floyd to lead while Castillo would counter him. He didn't just come forward and try to out muscle or out work him
