Fixed fight, just like the Ortiz fight will be fixed.
Bruce Blitz on youtube did the determinative breakdown of the Mayweather-Castilo fight. It's titled 'The Floyd Mayweather Deception' and it's **** on.

      i'm not talking about castillo.

and castillo didn't beat him anyway.

i'm talking about what kind of fighter i think could beat floyd.

and i think a big , tough , strong pressure fighter that can rough him up is my choice.

what the hell type/style do you think beats prime floyd then?

      describe it.

and don't bust no cop out bull**** like naming some other hof atg.

Oh well I would say that type of fighter you named can get it down, but he has to be a type notch fighter. I don't think Margarito fits the bill though.

No fighter is going to beat Floyd with a crappy defense. You must have the ability to at least parry his jab and keep it from landing.

The ideal fighter I feel the beats Floyd is a big and/or powerful counter puncher with good defense like Winky Wright. But one problem with Floyd is his versatility. He can adapt to various styles pretty well. So even if you did get an elite counter puncher against him, Floyd could switch the fight into the pocket.
That's why I always believed if Floyd ever fought Pernell Witaker, the fight would end up inside instead of from long range

well we're just talking about styles.

          margarito was just an example.

and margarito's defense is his chin.

in doesn't matter how many times floyd hits him , it's gonna go 12 rounds.

so a lot of things can happen in 12 rounds.

i think with a skilled technical cutie like guys like floyd , you gotta break them down.

lose rounds but put the hurt on them.

          boxing ain't gonna work.

you need someone that will take what floyd dishes out keep the pressure on him , make him run , make him work , hit floyd wherever you can hit him , rough him up.

hit him in the arms , the shoulders , hit him in the hips , elbow him , push him around , lay on him..... make it an ugly rough dogfight.

because unless you're sugar ray robinson , you ain't winning a boxing match against guys technical defense guys like floyd and pernell.

Good point. My gameplan may be too hard just for anybody to pull off. The only issue I have with your gameplan is that a good amount of his opponents have tried this doing this though

but that doesn't mean it was the wrong gameplan?

they just weren't good enough to pull it off.

probably still the best plan coming in.
