Why would Floyd request a lesser organization? Might as well go with the ****ty NSAC testing if you don't want the best.

NSAC use WADA protocols for testing.

And all the testing is taking the blood, USADA don't analyze the samples.

WADA is not even on the cutting edge of testing, if there were they would be using hair testing as well.

WADA has also had organisation that were certified that have found to be corrupt.

Really if a credible competent blood testing organisation were to carry out the testing then what would be the problem?

what's the problem in using another agency.. USADA doesn't do the testing themselves.. the testing is done by WADA certified labs in the u.s. usada only get the samples.. so get another one, perceived impartial by both camps to take the samples.. simple as that.. unless you don't understand the word IMPARTIAL.. then we got ourselves a problem cause i can't keep it much simpler than that..

I never had a problem with pop quizzes in school or random blood tests at a job if I was asked to take one. It's real simple, if there's nothing to hide why miss school or avoid going to the clinic to not take the test?

Salido tested positive in his first test from natural **** created in his body. It proves that steroid testing is inaccurate. In his second test he passed it. Steroid testing is pretty pointless when it's testing for **** that can be naturally created in some peoples bodies without taking steroids.
