Basically, what it boils down to is this:

"If you're the best, you take the test."

It's that simple. Manny has not shown a willingness do this, and it puts a whole CLOUD of doubt over his entire career.

Yes. But the guy from WADA himself said that the USADA is the most respected under WADA, and he said it would be sufficient in this proposed scenario. It's only Arum & co. who have a problem with it. Why because if Manny fails a drug test, it's going to cost him a **** ton of money!

what's the problem in using another agency.. USADA doesn't do the testing themselves.. the testing is done by WADA certified labs in the u.s. usada only get the samples.. so get another one, perceived impartial by both camps to take the samples.. simple as that.. unless you don't understand the word IMPARTIAL.. then we got ourselves a problem cause i can't keep it much simpler than that..

I know this topic gets debated to death, and even on this thread it already has, but Guerrero sums up the opinion of most rational boxing fans.

This isn't a vandetta against Pac; we don't automatically jump to the conclusion that he's a cheat, but we simply ask ourselves the same simple question we ask everyone else;

If Pacquiao has nothing to hide, he should take the test and give the world the best fight it has seen in decades and possibly prove he's the best fighter in the world today, maybe the best fighter the world has ever seen.
