You should have told this to the judges, not to me. As a former judge, although only amateur long ago, (4.5 years) I found it hard to give Lewis ANY round clearly, even the one in which the eyebrow damage occurred, Klitschko was clearly winning, yet, because of the cut, the Judges gave it to Lewis.

absolutely agree. he might have had his best round in rnd 5 or 6. its been a while since i watched. but i could see a case made that lewis didnt win more than 1 round out of 6.

No, I mean point it out, the round, time etc.
I dont care for either boxers tbh, growing up HW's seemed to me to be nothing more than big dudes hugging, so it put me off them for life, I respect what they accomplished but thats it.

Steward told Lennox to "take it to the street," which is what Lennox did.

Steward admits that if Lennox hadn't done that, he was done and would have lost his title.

The funny part is, I like Lennox and always did. I thought he was unfairly criticized the same way Wlad and to a lesser extent Vitali is today.

But I see through this sudden Lewis bandwagon on here a couple of weeks after the last bandwagon, the Haye bandwagon, imploded. It's not a coincidence.

these are the original words (i don't know where your are from so i don't know wether you understand german or not. if not i'll translate it):

                interviewer:

Yes please. Although I can understand some of it, there are more than a few key words that I don't. You can PM me if you wish. My emails with him were very specific and comprehensive, and i can assure you that they never discussed any cut inside his mouth, but only the eyebrow cut, and the behaviour of the cutman at the time, Joe de Souza.

Also, I have never seen any English mention of any serious cut inside his mouth bad enough to have the fight stopped. The Doctor made 3 different reasons for stopping the fight and a cut inside the mouth was NEVER mentioned. omeone, journalist, or interviewer or translator has it wrong somewhere here.

Do all the number crunching you want vitalis best achievement in boxing and what he will always be remembered for is giving Lennox Lewis a tough fight and losing via TKO.

Lennox is a top 10 maybe top 5 heavyweight of all time.

The K bros dominated in an era widely regarded as the worst ever for heavyweight boxing.

                    ah. i see.

check about 1:50 ownwards or so in round 5. big george was saying how he didnt know why the ref let that holding and hitting happen. lewis clearly cuffing klitschko and landed about a dozen body shots. all illegal.

btw, watching again i notice how much lewis held on, and was very sneaky to land punches in and coming immediately off of a clinch. bad form.

lennox isnt exactly a clean fighter. never known to be.
