Fury is as incompetent to fight for a title as Chisora. No matter which wins neither has beaten a top 10 fighter.

Phil Anselmo was talking to Manny a couple of nights ago, and Manny isn't working with Fury for this fight.

Manny says he'd like to eventually train him when Wlad is done, though.

Apparently Fury trains in isolation by himself pretty much. He's a lone wolf.

I'd like to see Fury get some more experience before going for the top. He's only 23 years old. He's a pup in HW terms when you figure Vitali is almost 40 and still scares the crap out of everybody.

The point is they were all facing top 10 competition and a lot more regularly than today's crop of contenders.

Do you really want to get in the hall of fame debate? In 103 fights how many HOFers has either brother fought and beat?

He's got plenty of time so they should let him develop. Fighting Wlad or Vitaly at this point would be like feeding him to the wolves. It does nothing for either brother and could possibly destroy this kid mentally. It would be a terrible decision by his management to let him fight for a title at this point.

Stop being a troll. No one said Wlad is going to fight Fury.

Wladimir is not going to fight Fury (who has worked as Wlad's sparring partner) even if he wins. Fury is only age 22 and in not in his prime yet, he needs another year or two to develop. Fury never had a lot of amateur fights unlike the age 27 Chisora, who is probably as good now as he'll ever be.

If Fury wins, Wlad will likely fight Arreola or Dimitrenko.

I agree with the fact that today's top fighters don't fight each other enough and tend to sit and wait for title shots. However, that problem extends well beyond just the HW division. As far as the Klit bros fighting Hall of Fame fighters I know the answer to that. However, that will not keep them from getting in themselves once they retire.

And even having Hall of Fame fighters on ones resume can be a little misleading. Take Holmes for example. He fought five HOF fighters and lost to three of them one of them twice, who happened to also be a blown up Lt heavyweight. Out of the two he beat one was a very washed up Ali and the other one is in the HOF because he beat Ali one time out of three. And he was never really a champion considering he never won the belt in a ring. So, Holmes best wins were over a washed up Ali and an over hyped hype job named Cooney.

And don't get me wrong I do understand your points. My problem with what you have said is that you talk as if the heavyweight era of the 1980's was really great. When I sat and watched the era and believe me they really were not that great of fighters. I also believe if the Klit bros were not around we would be seeing fighters such as Chambers, Thompson, Arreola and a few others trading alphabet belts much like Tubbs, Dokes, Witherspoon and Pinklon Thomas did back before Tyson came along. And truth be told the Tyson era wasn't really all that great. Tyson just dominated and had enough high lite reel knockouts that he made it look that way.

Once again, you're being an old troll.

I've never said I wanted Wlad to fight Chisora next.

This is what I actually said:

And I'd absolutely LOVE to see Vitali fight Haye.

So I'm hoping Haye is willing to fight Vitali in September or early October, and the Klitschkos decide to have Wlad not Vitali fight Adamek on September 10.

                    What do you think?
