So basically your idea of a negotiation isn't a series of compromises made towards a common goal, it's Floyd offering one thing and then hardening his stance aka moving the goal posts? Isn't the idea to meet in the middle, not keep putting up roadblocks? Floyd got the random tests, all Arum is asking for in return is to use a governing body that actually has authority over the match like the Nevada commission (which just authorized random testing with new funding) with WADA/IOC overseeing them.

Exactly. If floyd demanded a 90/10 split tomorrow and pac refused it would be another instance of pac ducking the fight. All Manny has to do is agree to anything and everything floyd demands, pretty simple.
