LOL you're the only butt hurt one, all you do is talk pac/floyd. If I look at your thread history that's all you do.

      • Tygart is a glory hound and wants to expand USADA's reach that is all he is guilty of.

If they felt the need not to test they are the experts, why put resources into something with no return (according to the experts). If I schedule to get a job done in 4 sessions but the job is done to my satisfaction in 3 there is no need to come back for number 4~

The Proper random testing: Before any testing is done, they already should have decided on what dates they will randomly test each fighter. It shouldn't be decided during the testing time frame or when they feel like doing more test. Shouldn't be decided on hunch.

Random means taking the human element out of the decision making process. No hunches, su****ions whatsoever. But your a ***** you won't get even if I tell over and over.. Just look at the poll. You guys are the minority

USADA has no jurisdiction over professional boxing. The US Congress has only given them authority over the Olympics, Paralympics, and Pan American Games. Plus...
Mayweather changed his stance Saturday, moving off the hard line he had taken on using USADA as the testing agency.

"We are OK to move off USADA," Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, who is representing Mayweather, told ESPN.com. "What we're saying, and what is important to us, is four things -- that the tests be random, that they include blood and urine and the time frame, meaning when do you stop the tests before the fight but know they will still be effective. Three of them we have agreed on -- random, blood and urine. So now it is a matter of the two sides working out the specifics of the cutoff date to assure it will still be effective."

Schaefer said those talks are taking place between Bruce Binkow, a high-level Golden Boy executive, and Todd duBoef, the president of Top Rank, Pacquiao's promoter.

"Todd and Bruce are trying to work out the specifics of the cutoff to assure the tests are still effective because we know that 30 days before is not effective," Schaefer said. "At 30 days, we might as well not even do it. We want to figure it out [the cutoff window] and I will give my recommendation to Team Mayweather, and they will be on board. USADA is the most recognized one, but if it's another one, like the Nevada commission, we don't really care. I don't care who performs the tests as long as they are performed. That's our position. If this fight doesn't happen it's not because of Team Mayweather."

So unless Floyd/GBP move the goal posts inexplicably again... what's the problem?

They got the random, unlimited testing that's supposedly prevented Floyd from fighting Pacquiao (). So let the commission, aka the organization that has authority over the match, conduct the testing with WADA overseeing them. Problem solved.

Didn't need almost 50 pages for this non topic. But carry on with your pointless 'debate'
              Exactly..

Gonna be funny as hell to see these same people back peddle yet AGAIN when Floyd (himself) says he's ok with another neutral party doing the testing and the fight happens. You know the same heads will follow his lead as usual. Busters..

They are planned, they planned for the last one to be 18 days before the fight~ the fighters didn't know that and if they felt a need to do another they would have.

Having a flexible approach does not really mean that much~

                • We all know Floyd tried to make the fight happen back then~ but why were they rejected then and embraced now that stances have hardened.

If it was planned he wouldn't have answered it that way.. He was playing the testing game his way.. Enough said..

There was no need to do more testing. They did the testing their way, in a field they are experts in so I really fail to see your issue~

If they felt the need to do more more tests would have occurred closer to the fight.
