the timing of when each fighter take test is irrelevant
Timing is very relevant, what if USADA chose to blood test Floyd 1 day prior to the fight and then blood test Manny on the day of the fight!! That's exactly 1 day apart but it makes a hell of alot difference!!! Can you understand now??!!!
Some "fans" think that Floyd's su****ion of Pac is valid, but but but.. Pac doesn't have the right to be su****ious. WTF!
I just can't believe some people are still not happy.. fact is, real fans don't care, they just want to make the fight happen like all the other matches... IT'S STILL OST for Chrissakes!!! jUST MAKE THE FIGHT HAPPEN ALREADY. dammit!

No. It makes zero difference.
Olympic runners, marathoners, wrestlers, swimmers, etc ALL get blood tested on the day of competition.
I would bet you that Floyd would be willing to agree that they BOTH get tested on competition day.
THEY OVER SEE IT, USDA will handle FMJ tests and another commision will handle Pacqs. Try actually reading the link I posted.
You idiots want OST without the "O".
Its like 1960's Alabama, we dun suspect you killed my sister, lucky my brother is a cop and he's a judge so you gonna get a fair trial.
Let USDA handle Floyd and WADA find another commision for Manny, since USDA ONLY HANDLES DOMESTIC FIGHTERS UNLESS ASKED.
If you guys dont want OST THEN STOP SAYING YOU WANT DAT DERRRR OST BREDRIN DAT DERRR TEST KNAW MEEN?
this is not a fair fight. Go easy on em Med, ffs! Much more of this and they will wheel IM**** into this thread, cos dey homey's got dey back wit dis OSDTUSADA USA USA sheet!
I keep reading how a lot of these Olympic athletes have never tested positive, and how USADA should get off their backs already. But one athlete reportedly testified to the grand jury that he used steroids, and some of the stuff he used was designed to fool the drug tests. Leaking grand jury testimony is deplorable. If USADA's people did that, they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I'm also troubled by how USADA has lessened the burden of proof to sanction an athlete, from a positive test to circumstantial evidence. There's an Oklahoma Land Run quality to USADA's prosecution. But now we're told you can take drugs and still pass the drug tests. So what do we do with that knowledge? How do you catch the people who do that? I've always assumed athletes want their sports to be clean.
rmstrong's attorneys say USADA's current offer is for riders to talk to federal investigator Jeff Novitzky, who could then give the information to USADA.
Presumably, the deal would only be worthwhile for riders who are still competing or young enough to return to competition if a ban was lifted.
"USADA is promising riders a sweetheart deal if they can produce anything harmful on Armstrong," Herman said. "A rider who has doped, they tell them, 'If you can finger Armstrong, we'll get out the eraser ... and everything is cool.'\u2009"
Herman said he could not disclose which rider or riders have been offered a deal. In the past Herman has said that, as a private entity, USADA's deal offer is similar to bribery.
