before december 2009 when cotto-pac happened NSB was actually an alright place and then after cotto-pac then all the trolls and ******s infested NSB and trust me before that fight no one was talking about drug testing and then look what happens when floyd does he starts a trend and brings swarms of idiots along with him, if this whole drug travesty did not happen we probably would have seen floyd-pac by now, and i vote yes neutrality is good but whats the point its taken nearly 2 years to make this fight i doubt it will happen any time soon or ever....
