Both tests are identical, protocol the same. The only difference will be the chain on custody on the actual blood samples once their taken from the fighters. Who and how many people touch the sample, transport it, store it, test it, where its taken, etc.
Arrgh, I really hate to discredit the parent organization like WADA, but it just seems wierd that Arum would push one indentical test over another unless they feel they will get sympathy of some sort from a group comprised of more international members.
If this is a compromise toward Floyd's demands and they are actually going to get Pac to test, I think Mayweather should also compromise and put his faith in the process of WADA and trying to make it happen again.
