i dont think anyone in here really cares who does the testing (maybe im wrong?). the issue is that arum is making it more complicated than it has to be and to whine about the USADA not being neutral is so silly when pacquiao has been fighting in the US for the last decade. if the testing isnt neutral then why is the fight, judges, referee, and promoters neutral? they're all US based too.

if they're gonna complain about that, what's next? it has nothing to do with "*****s" and "*******s". it's strictly about arum being a douchebag.

but i still say this fight hasnt/wont happen because floyd doesnt want top rank making money off of him.

dude, once again uve managed to make numerous assumptions without any basis in fact and then uve manage to make those assumptions fact. none of that at all implies anything about usada. but if thats wat u wanna believe, well whatever. the point is arum cant just come out and say straight face that they agree to the testing. whatever has to be negotiated as far as the organizations could have been done in private, the guy just has to throw something in there to leave doubt. theres a reason hes doing that. he always does it and when he does, he uses that statement as an out, an excuse for why an agreement cant be reached. ive seen it time and time again.

that's the main issue here. this fight will never happen so long as bob arum has air in his lungs.

arum's claim is justified...how did tygart and usada got in the picture in the first place? who contacted them? it was gbp and floyd's team no less. their were even rumors that tygart is a close friend of oscar or schaeffer. and then out of the blue tygart came out criticizing nsac and giving unsolicited advice about the testing in pro boxing. what motivated him to do that? is he getting paid? most probably because after the floyd-mosley fight tygart suddenly fell silent, why? because he's no longer getting paid. it's all business for that guy that's why he's lobbying too much for ost in boxing and he sees it as a big business opportunity.

it is what it is...if what arum believes is an excuse then what floyd believes about pac possibly using peds is also an excuse.

It's so obvious bro.......Team MP have a list of excuses longer than Larry's rap sheet (a joke at your expense Larry ......be a good sport). Every time Arum or Koncz or Roach talk there is always a reason why the fight isn't going to happen, or why it might not, or a problem that needs to be solved. This is just another smokescreen from Arum, another talking point, another impediment to getting this fight made. It's all illusory.......MP is on PED's and Floyd Mayweather wants a thorough PED testing protocol, and that's why this fight hasn't been made. SIMPLE!!

A question to all Floyd Fans.
What's wrong with going to the IOC and using WADA? Even if WADA decides to use the USADA to do the test, it will still be under their supervision, and that should satisfy everyone concerned. If this is what it will take to make the fight, why not just agree and be done with it? As you all say, it's the same test, right?

Just a question: Didn't Arum say previously that they had "agreed to all of Floyd's demands?"

It seems to me that was not quite the case...now was it?
