That's the problem: Bob Arum thinks that drug testing agencies are like boxing sanctioning bodies. Just shop around for the one that will sanction the fight and give his fighter a BS fake belt.

In this instance, Bob wants to shop for the agency that will say that a 14 day cutoff is the PREFERRED procedure.

USADA is an WADA's verified drug testing agency for the US. If the fight were to take place in the Philippines or UK, then Both Boxers would be tested under WADA's verified drug testing agencies such as PSC [Philippines Sports Commission] or UK Anti-Doping.

It doesnt work that way , you must be in extreme training to get a benefit , PEDS wont do anything if your working mid range probably water log you because they are fluid retaining and for boxers they must work within a weight range that itself places limits on what can be used , PEDS is no silver bullet they wont turn a chump into a champ they realistically will add about 5-10% on what you were without them ,,, if you do the training .

So looking at this list, Arum will probably choose the PSC[Philippines Sports commission] to handle it.

haha u simpleton that list are just independant organization who follows the WADA's lists of band substances just like usada. They are not governed by WADA.

bob arum does not get to choose from that list. lol
