After this suit, it's either fight Floyd or retire because his legacy is not going to let him slide out the side door.

Only a ***** would believe that..

and the truth is Floyd been losing more respect from hardcore fan...

      Another distortion of facts.
Maglinaggi has retracted after a first hand observation in Wild Card Gym.

Right, and if he did then he faces tens of millions of dollars in punitive and maybe compensatory damages. Nevada being a state where there is no cap on punitive damages in regard to defamation cases.

Hey, Schaefer and De La Hoya took the stand. They were diced up and embarrassed so thoroughly by Petrocelli that they decided it was better to apologize and settle out of court than go to trial... but still, they showed up, and showing up's half the battle.

Cosign. This is floyds chance to prove his accusations in a court of law, he should be jumping at the chance!

Personally I don't give two ****s either way. I just find it amusing how little understanding most people have with the justice system. Slander has never and will never be settled in a boxing ring. Its settled in court, if u don't wanna end up in court, don't slander anyone, its pretty simple ****. Floyd better stop ***ing with the judge, simply having talent isn't gonna magically make ur legal troubles disappear.
my stance too, i dunno why floyd fans , legal fans, court fans, have got to whine about this case.

it changes nothing. the fight will still remain neither closer or nearer to ever being made.

so cheer the **** up *****s

After the law suit is over, Floyd is still going to ask for USADA testing and keep the pressure on Pacquiao to take the fight. So what changes? Pacquiao still has to show the world he's just as good under random blood and urine testing protocol, fight Floyd, and look impressive doing it.

A Deposition, or this law suit doesn't change that fact...

Yeah but what about Miguel Cotto? who actually fought Pacquiao AND gave Manny respect prior to his statement.

No matter what Manny does in the court room. The testing is still a stipulation to get the fight with Floyd, so if Pac ain't trying to take the tests to get the Floyd fight EVEN after he (himself) on video and his fans said that he had agreed. So if Manny doesn't fight Floyd after Ortiz (if he wins) and Pac after (JMM) if Pac wins. What will be the excuse then? Since Pac agreed while Floyd was away. Pac only painted himself in a corner and brought unnecesscary media attention about steroids with his name attached to it. Dropping the suit and making the fight would be in his best interest.

Your right, those are the standards to have a chance at taking Mayweathers 0, so is Pacquiao the champion you think he is, and man enough to take the test and take his 0?
