Well, Floyd said that from Mosley on that every fighter he gets in the ring with has to take them tests, so no sweat off his back. IF Floyd beats Ortiz and after when he's asked... "Will you fight Manny Pacquiao" and Floyd says "If he agrees to the testing then we have a fight" AND if Pac beats JMM and then doesn't talk about fighting Floyd next. I think it is going to hurt him alot more because Floyd already is shouting about what it takes to get him in the ring. Pac already agreed "supposedly" right? Then should be no reason if they both win their next fights that the fight shouldn't happen. If Pac walks away because of testing again, then he is tarnished because how can you walk away from testing that you said (while Floyd was away) that you agreed to take? Why can't Pac fans see this? Arum, Roach and Pac said so much about Floyd when he was away but now that he is back, they just want him to appear in court?

This civil suit was filed in December 2009. What did Mayweather say at that time that would warrant a lawsuit? Is he getting sued for asking for a blood test? When negotiations open back up will Manny sue Floyd again because he isn't dropping that demand? This whole situation confuses me.

If you want him there so bad, issue the warrant for failing to appear in court. Arrest his ass and get it over with. If Pac's lawyer doesn't want to do that, then he should shut is mille mouth.
