it's really simple. floyd can make an official apology and the case will disappear in no time. now if he's really interested in the fight all he has to do is appoint a negotiator and start the rounds. if pac had been lying that he is taking the tests, floyd wins the court of public opinion.

That may depend on Floyd's definition of losing in this context. It appears that fight happening is losing to him. Pac's video saying he will take the test is blatantly ignored. (You'd wonder whether their interested in the fight or not.) How else could you explain why he keeps pretending that drug testing is still an issue when all he should be doing is calll Pac's bluffs, if they were bluffs at all, by simply appointing a negotiator and start from there.

This is the propaganda Pacquiao fans have bought into, when it is as clear as day that both fighters need each other to complete their legacy. Money is not the issue with this fight, and if you expect the majority of Hardcore Boxing Fans, and fence riding casual fans outside the Filipino community to give this guy a pass...your wrong. Moneys not the issue, but Floyd being concerned that Pacquiao's recent success in the sport being contributed to the possible use of PEDs is. Call it what you want, but in the 21st Century, I believe an athlete has the right to request better testing, if the current process is inadequate. I don't understand how rationalizing the benefit of a lawsuit, and how each fighter not needing one another benefits the sport, or it's fans. USDA/WADA testing protocol is in place for a reason, neither Floyd or Manny haves the right, or the power to change it's by laws. Floyd accepts their standards, will Manny?
