After the law suit is over, Floyd is still going to ask for USADA testing and keep the pressure on Pacquiao to take the fight. So what changes? Pacquiao still has to show the world he's just as good under random blood and urine testing protocol, fight Floyd, and look impressive doing it.

So if Manny doesn't fight Floyd after Ortiz (if he wins) and Pac after (JMM) if Pac wins. What will be the excuse then? Since Pac agreed while Floyd was away.
