If Manny Pacquiao was so offended by what the Mayweathers said. why did he try to negotiate the fight first? Once he walked away because he could not control when he would be tested then he sued them.

Doesn't change the fact that Golden Boy, Floyd Sr, Floyd Jr, and Roger conducted a smear campaign even before OST was ever mentioned or negotiations began. Like I said before, fools think this is about OST.... has absolutely nothing to do with that and there's a mountain of evidence for the case, which is why judges have repeatedly dismissed motions to dismiss or skip depositions.

Floyd and co cut a lot of checks with their mouths that their asses can't cover. So now instead of being a man and facing up to his actions, Floyd is skipping out of his court-mandated duty, and looking for the court to protect him from taking the stand.

All I'm saying is, he should take those emails from team Pac and whatever other evidence he has about Pac abusing PEDs and present it at the deposition.

I mean surely he must have some compelling evidence that convinced him $50-65 million isn't worth the risk of taking on a genetically enhanced midget, right? He wasn't just talking out of his ass to try to find a way to avoid the fight, right? So why not let the world know why he said what he said?

Deposition would take a handful of hours to complete, he could still probably train on that day. Why the need for a protective order?

Hey EVERYBODY! Look at this guy going around with a sig of me saying Arum is trying to sacrifice Canelo to Pac like that is really something ****** to say? No matter what you say. Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed to unlimited random urine testing, but Mayweather also insisted on random blood testing, even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, requires only urine testing.

Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want blood testing but later relented and agreed to three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.

When they could not come to an agreement, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, turned to a mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, who had successfully mediated a series of disputes between Top Rank and Golden Boy in 2007.

But after nine hours in mediation on Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif., and further attempts to come to a resolution on Wednesday failed, the fight was pronounced dead by the Pacquiao camp.
