Floyd doesn't even have to do anything special if he's really interested in the fight. All he has to do is appoint a negotiator and let him talk to the people involved. As simple as that.

Like I said before, fools think this is about OST.... has absolutely nothing to do with that and there's a mountain of evidence for the case, which is why judges have repeatedly dismissed motions to dismiss or skip depositions.

Floyd and co cut a lot of checks with their mouths that their asses can't cover. So now instead of being a man and facing up to his actions, Floyd is skipping out of his court-mandated duty, and looking for the court to protect him from taking the stand.

All I'm saying is, he should take those emails from team Pac and whatever other evidence he has about Pac abusing PEDs and present it at the deposition.

I mean surely he must have some compelling evidence that convinced him $50-65 million isn't worth the risk of taking on a genetically enhanced midget, right? He wasn't just talking out of his ass to try to find a way to avoid the fight, right? So why not let the world know why he said what he said?

Deposition would take a handful of hours to complete, he could still probably train on that day. Why the need for a protective order?
You really are reaching now. How much is manny suing floyd for? $100k

i've been saying that it's not the drug test that is holding up this fight, it's the money. if he had to fight a very risky fight, floyd had make unbelievable amount of money before laying out his a.ss on the line. his fanatical fans are too ****** to buy into this drug testing as the real issue. you can see this when he appears on mainstream media. the tv host never ask about the test. floyd never even mention it. "when are you going to fight pac" is the usual question.

so nahh this is not rocket science to figure how things really are.

Hey EVERYBODY! Look at this guy going around with a sig of me saying Arum is trying to sacrifice Canelo to Pac like that is really something ****** to say? No matter what you say. Fact of the matter is that the first negotiations are on record. Not the 2nd or 3rd. I'm supposed to believe that Pac wants to fight Floyd when he is worker harder to get him to go to court then to get him in the ring? Clown. No matter what. Pac will always be remembered for this.....

Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed to unlimited random urine testing, but Mayweather also insisted on random blood testing, even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, requires only urine testing.

Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want blood testing but later relented and agreed to three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.

When they could not come to an agreement, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, turned to a mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, who had successfully mediated a series of disputes between Top Rank and Golden Boy in 2007.

But after nine hours in mediation on Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif., and further attempts to come to a resolution on Wednesday failed, the fight was pronounced dead by the Pacquiao camp.
Why did Pac have to think about it?

You don't even believe that but rather you want that to happen because you can't do it yourself. I guess Miguel Cotto is a "*****" too because he questioned Manny Pacquiao's reluctance and restrictions on random blood testing?
