Oh I see, what we need here then is another PED scandal to be able to force Manny to take more advanced testing. Because without it, everyone is 100% clean according the ancient testing methods of the commission. If it wasn't for the BALCO blow up, Mosley would still be cheating until now and Barry Bonds would have broke the 100home-run mark.

Not at all, I believe you're hoping for a scandal and would endorse it. Unfortunately for you, there hasn't been a smoking gun for Pacquiao, unless you call that "Phillippino sparring partner" the bearer of truth. The benefit I have is I don't side with either fighter. But when questions such as "Can you provide proof Pacquiao's cheating?" it turns into a circus show because inevitably you can't answer that question with "YES".

I have no problem with better testing. My issue is with people claiming Pacquiao's cheating w/out having proof. I've criticized Manny for not testing initially, but never once did I suspect he was cheating more both guys egos getting in the way. If you support Floyd, you'll believe him. If you support Pacquiao you'll believe him. To me, all that matters is the fight.

videos that say pacman is agreeing to the tests are all over the place. there was also a separate interview of pacman saying he will even take the test after the sixth round.
