The question is if pacquiao initially refused the blood testing. If the answer is yes, the next logical question would be 'why'? A logical answer would be because the boxing commission does not ask for such a test, and pacquiao adheres to only the tests required by the commission.

Asking about the $50million potential for the fight and negating that would imply that pacquiao was hiding something. Its a leading question and not one a judge would rightfully ask.

We need to realize that the money generated for this fight is much greater to us common folks than it is to the boxers who generate millions anyway.

There's only a handful of fighters that are even making a million a fight anyway. It's not common, just look at how many professional boxers are competing throughout the world, it's a rare feat for a fighter to make millions, let alone, a million.

Pacquiao's camp initially stated they had no problem with OSDT (see Fanhouse video with Roach). Then they backtracked and said they wouldn't, then made it even worse by asking for 30 and 24 day cutoff dates.

I'm not actually saying that the judge should ask that... but I'd assume that just as a regular guy [and not a judge], they themselves can wonder why would anyone endorse the refusal of random drug testing in an era where so many have gotten away and been caught cheating using PEDs. And, for $50 million... I bet the judge would take random drug tests if they were to go into the court case of their career.

The Ironic thing is that Floyd couldve been juicing for the last couple years when he hasnt been boxing. *****s seem to think that Floyd has some special test. Newsflash: unless active Boxers are tested 3-4 times a year RANDOMLY (not before or after) a fight, you will never catch them. They could juice it up all they want then stop a few months before a fight.

Would be Ironic if Floyd was the one juicing and thats why he hasnt been fighting.

Newsflash *****s. Its a civil suit. Nothing needs to be proven. The judge and/or jury only meed to be convinced whos side of the story is more likely, the plaintiff or defendants. And the way the mayweathers have all u morons convinced without a shadow of a doubt that pac is juicing team pacquiao has more than enough evidence to get a ruling.

It just dont seem right that a man like floyd who chooses not to fight, and sit on the sidelines can make judgement on someone who risks his life in the ring.....it just dont seem right!

Common sense tells you that isnt right. Laws shouldnt be hard to make and shouldnt be confusing. Any jury will conclude Floyd should be in the ring cos he gets up to too much mischief when out of the ring.
