Why FMJ needs to fight Cotto

why would you assume its the gloves and not the opponents? Have you ever stopped to think that maybe a prime Margarito, Pac, & Clottey are way better then the guys he fought at 154? It had nothing to do with the glovesI can't understand why you can't see it. Check out Cotto's all three fights at JMW. He won all three by TKOs. Although his opponents were not considered A level fighters, he did it with the regular gloves required for that weight and as far as I know, he didn't suffer any serious cuts in those fights.
Compare that with his last fights at WW where they used 8 oz gloves. In his fights with Clottey, Margo and Pac, he suffered serious cuts that caused him big trouble. Even in the Clottey fight it gave him some serious problems even if he won that fight, but it was still controversial. Don't you think that Floyd will not exploit that apparent weakness of Cotto? And wouldn't it be easier for Floyd to achieve that plan by using thinner gloves?Comment

I'm pretty sure Floyd admitted to using numbing drugs on his hands. It's illegal in every state except in Nevada I believe. And how many of Floyd's fight have been in Vegas now? I see a pattern forming.Comment

yeah, it has nothing to do with it being the boxing mecca & taxes, right?Comment

Really?
Cotto is not even rank among the Top Ten PFP In BoxingScene!;
If Floyd Jr wants to earn more Money and improve his legacy then he ought to fight Pacman! The Fighter of the Decade, FOTY; #1PFP; World Record Holder of the most nos. title won; His last fight has PPV higher than Mayweather jr last fight PPV!
If Floyd Jr losses to Cotto, then, perhaps he will entertain fighting Pacman!Comment

It's obvious that you are too dense to see the difference in the effects of the punches when using an 8 oz as compared to a 10 oz gloves.Comment

Would love for someone to post proof of this drug that Floyd uses that is banned in all these states expect Nevada.Comment
