If Pacquaio wants to make the statment of all statements to the Boxing world he should implement OSDT in his fight with Marquez.

This way, he not only proves he's clean but leaves Mayweather without a leg to stand on.

mosley and ortiz took the test because its a big pay day taking on floyd even with his stupid testing. same with any other boxer.

pac is just as big as floyd in terms that he don't have to bend over to get paid.

the test was SPECIFICALLY directed to pacquiao, floyd has to ask for it every fight now because otherwise he would look like an absolute asswipe after his so called "drug campaign"

Team Pacquiao NEVER ONCE rejected the drug testing idea in the first place.

They said "Sure, why not?"

Then the excuses and lawsuit were flung from the high rafters at top speed when they were pressured to make up their minds about it.
