If Ortiz can be out boxed by Lamont Peterson

Why would he stand a chance against Floyd? Peterson can't break wind with his punches and yet somehow broke Ortiz's will. Do people really think Lamont Peterson is a top level fighter? Clean boxer but nothing special. I like Ortiz and he is fun to watch but really come on now, do his skills really hold up?

      This is a good point.

I think Ortiz is going to be a frustrated by Mayweather's boxing skills.

It could be safe to say that Jr WW. Ortiz and WW Ortiz are two different animals...

Hard to say off of one fight, but that one fight showed me an entirely different fighter.

Ortiz looks a lot better at 147 it might be safe to say he was probably weight draining himself to make 140. He looks big even for WW in fact didn't he weigh like 160 against Berto on fight nigh?

He showed determination and will. Boxing skills were pretty much the same and he was still reckless as fcuk. All he can do is try to blast floyd with the left.

Then he will be dominated by Floyd,a lot of people have been fooled by the Berto fight..That's why I wanted to see Ortiz fight another young fighter and really test himself, but hey he is chasing money can't be mad at him..But Ortiz is nothing more then another Berto at this point imo..

                  I don't think so.

I think the same fighter who fought Peterson fought Berto.
