i think maravilla is one of the best out there, but to go from calling out the 2 p4p greats in pac n floyd to "excercising" your right to fight Jr is funny as sh.it
go fight some real fighters if youre so "Maravilla" and quit trying to get a big payday by fighting the kid........might as well call out canelo too, matter of fact fight em both on the same night, i'm sure you'd knock them both the fu.ck out.....

Sergio calling out small welters, although understandable because of $, was weak. But him calling out another MW champion can't be criticized, it's what he's supposed to do... especially considering the WBC screwed him over and Chavez is a money maker.

Won't happen though, would be shocked if it did. Naturally, Martinez would be the big favorite. The only question would be can Chavez get to Sergio and how would Maravilla deal with his body attack?

Sergio Martinez is not a Top Rank fighter so Bob Arum will steer Chavez Jr. far away from him.

In fact if the WBC forces Jr. to honor Sergio's challenge I expect Arum to tell him to vacate the belt.

No reason to open up that can of worms again. Pacquiao made it clear in training camp for Margarito he was only doing one fight there, then staying at WW (he never really left). He came in at 144.6 at the weigh in, 148 in the ring and was outweighed by 17 lbs in the ring. He has no business at JMW, Martinez is the lineal MW champion. He probably can't even make 154 any more in the first place, he was 176 lbs 30 days before a 158 lb catchweight fight. Sergio has himself SEVERAL times said the fight makes no sense because Pacquiao is too small. He was just using Pac's name to try to get some publicity, that's all.

Chavez makes sense, as do the Super 6ers and Bute. Not small WWs. Period.
