TO eveyone using fight night weights to justify jmm-manny

Very few Floyd fans liked Floyd-Marquez Larry, Most Floyd fans called it a tune up.

For Pacfans, they see this as a mega fight. Most Floyds fans acknowledged Marquez-Mayweather not a serious fight.

*****s should shut up because floyd himself didn't call marquez a tuneup. floyd thinks JMM is p4p #1 over manny when he fought him that's why fight was billed as Numero Uno.

When you're a fanboy of a certain fighter, it's hard to really be unbiased. I just found it easier to be a Boxing fan in general. Yea, I have my favorites, but I won't spend countless hours posting up reasons why my favorite fighter is the best and the next guy is a bum.

Why does barely anybody know how boxing works on this forum. If the fight was at 140 or 135, both boxers would be dehydrating to make the weight. Marquez isn't going to put on muscle and slow himself down like some of you people think, he will just dehydrate less before the weigh in and weigh in nearer his fight night weight. Pacquiao will dehydrate less than he did when he previously fought Marquez too. People seem to have this misconception that Pacquiao has outgrown Marquez, which is simply nonsensical. The fact of the matter is Pacquiao is no bigger; he used to dehydrate by almost 15 pounds which is ridiculous for a guy of his size. Both guys will be almost the same on fight night, and the same would be true at 35 so don't say the fight is much more legit at 135 or 140.

And as for Floyd, he was at least 155 on fight night and probably close to 160, so yes, the difference is bigger. I'm not ****ting on Floyd, just pointing out that so many people have no idea what they are talking about.

People will flame me for this, but imo Pac-JMM is a better fight that mayweather-ortiz in the sense that it will be more competitive. People think that Marquez won't be competitive due to getting asswhooped by mayweather, but the reason for that is because of Mayweather's style. How the hell can you counter in combinations on Floyd - you can't. Pacquiao-JMM will be more competitive than Mayweather - Ortiz barring an early knockout.

I keep it real 100% of he time, i cant speak for anyone but my self. The double standards are a joke. I called the mosley floyd fight a joke, andi stood by it the whole way. I said the pac fight with grandpa was a joke, and I stood win that one all the way. Floyd got zero credit for fighting jmm from me, pac is getting zero credit as well. I love the floyd ortiz fight, and I loved watching pac and cheato go at it. Too many agendas on these boards, everyone can have their favorite fighters, hell aint nothing wrong wit backing ur guy. But try to maintain some credibility while u do it.

Pac/JMM is not like Martinez/Pac.

Pac/JMM has no huge height difference.

JMM is one inch taller than Pac.

If you're saying JMM is too weak to fight Pac a few pounds above, then JMM doesn't deserve this fight.

I think the issue was more to do with the fact JMM was moving up 2 weight classes as opposed to Floyd not being weighed on fight night. Plenty of fighters don't get weighed on fight night.

The main issue is the fact JMM physically looks terrible above 135 and has admitted that himself.

Which is why both Floyd and Pac can't expect credit for beating him at that weight.
