nobody seems to have the common sense Marquez doesn't belong anymore NEAR 140+
Jesus, it's ****** the logic people use here. He's a small guy, that's suppose to be light for the weigh-in. He has the brain and skills yes but that doesn't always translate at a HIGH weight, especially at such a late age for him.
Small guy, relies on his speed mostly to counter punch and move around effectively. He doesn't belong with anyone at 147, let alone most at 140. He just doesn't. regardless of what he weights fight night (which is water weight compared to food or natural weight).
The Floyd-JMM was BS. The Marquez-Pac fight is BS. Manny couldn't even let it be at 140 at least? come on now, Arum and Manny have a ****** way to jip us the fans of a decent fair fight lately and you guys let them continue it by accepting and **** riding your fighters moves.
This fight is a joke, and i hope Pac doesn't KO Marquez so he can get ****ted on. BS fights. BOTH OF THEM.Comment

Marquez's power won't translate at 144. It just doesn't. Let me give you some sense. Manny took Cotto's power shots when he came in the ring 154+ fight night. Marg came in 15 pounds heavier i believe? and Manny felt his power. What makes you Marquez will badly hurt Pacquiao or even be effective enough of a factor at 144 ? He won't. Manny has felt harder and taken harder, Marquez at 144 is CAKEWALK for Manny at this stage. At 135-or at least 140 ! Marquez has a legit chance.
Fight night weights ARE NOT THE SAME AS WEIGH-IN weights. Box, ask around to find out for yourself.Comment

Man Larry,I remember when I joined this board,I was a hardcore Pacman fan & an avid Floyd critic.I was Pacman fan until Margarito.I ****ted on Floyd for the Marquez fight.But Pacman turned out to be worse than Floyd.Because Floyd was always the bad guy.But Pacman does the same **** that Floyd does,but his fans are so many that they find a way to justify it.****ting on the entire sport to do it.
I watched b-Hop make history last week.Not phony made up history,but real history.Legit champion at a legit weight in the champs backyard.That was the greatest accomplishment in years.Comment
