Would size(weight) be a big factor in Pacquiao-JMM III?

Not a huge factor, but a big and obvious one. We've seen Marquez at 142 for the Mayweather fight. He doesn't carry the weight well.

      No it wont.

It will be Manny's punching power, improved defense and improved skills that will do Marquez in.

Manny, due to his improved technique, is hitting much harder than he has ever hut, much they way Martinez has improved his technique and has turned into a deadly puncher.

How about the fact that Mayweather got clipped with some really clean shots, only to laugh them off? On the other hand, will Marquez's punches be that effective against Manny? In their two fights we watched Marquez constantly snap Pacquiao's head back with counters, you honestly think he's capable of doing the same now? I doubt it man.

I don't think Pacquiao is gonna respect Marquez's power, not at this weight.

here's basically where it comes down to (as compared to their previous meeting):

PAC enters HEALTHIER and ever so slightly improved

while JMM enters OLDER and significantly faded

w/c is why most people are considering this a MISMATCH!!

            ...and I agree

It is unbelievable how the tune of Pacman fans change on a dime when it's their man bringing Marquez up to welterweight.Lets act like we forgot that Marquez last couple of fights at lighweight his official weights have been 133.Less than the lightweight limit.

Having the fight at welterweight is a clear cut advantage for Pacman. He's weighted more than 140 for years now officially. He's accustomed to fighting at welterweight & has taken clean welterweight punches without flinching.

Marquez on the other hand has actually weighed less than the lightweight limit in his last couple of fights. Now he's gonna go back up to a weightclass he was absolutely garbage in because the so called tiny Pacman isn't gonna come down or meet him halfway.

Pacman is tiny right??Then why are they making Marquez come up to a weight class that he won't be able to compete in effectively??While Pacman has competed there effectively.Even though team Pacman (and all his cronies)readily admit that he can make even 135??

the way i see it, even if pacquiao is fighting the same marquez that floyd fought, they get the same amount of credit(virtually nil) unless pacquiao hattons marquez

Pacman ko'd Cotto bro.Unless Pacman ko's Marquez huh.Truthfully, how many people have said they wouldn't give Pacman any credit for the Mosley fight, unless guess what,?Pacman stops him.But when Pacman couldn't stop the shot 40 year old, they blamed Mosley for it.

Me personally has never, ever given Floyd credit for the Marquez fight, that was simply bull****.That fight was the second most disgusting fight I've seen in years. The only fight I consider worse than that was Pacman-Margarito for reasons that don't even need mentioning.

They will come it at the size weight.
If Marquez gets sparked, just mean Pacman has improved and became a superior fighter.
