Exactly!!Someone finally figured it out. That's the flawful ******* logic hard at work.Marquez should just train as a lightweight for a welterweight fight.Wow,that's some amazing ****.

Yes the weight is a big difference, PAcquiao looks stronger now then when he fought Marquez has has way more power.

He was weight 141-142 after his training camp was finished. Instead of starving himself and not drinking fluids, he eats a couple of meals and then comes in later that day at 144-145.

As far as Marquez, he isn't going to be weight training to bulk up for this fight like he did for Mayweather. Whether you want to acknowledge this or not, Marquez and his team do not believe Manny is alot bigger than him and at the end of the day....that's the only opinion that matters.

yes, because Marquez looked like **** at Welterweight and would likely lose to most top Welterweights.

If it wasn't, this fight would be at 135. Coupled with age, yes very much. Marquez' legs will be the key to him losing this fight. They're lead at 135. At 144, he won't be moving period.

              Official weights?

              Lets look at them.

In Marquez only fight above 135, he weighed in at 142.
In Mannys fights, he has weighed 142, 144, 144.5, 145, 145.75. which averaged out to 144.25.

Because of a two pound difference on the official scale,

its going to make a difference?

If the fights at 135, Manny destroys Marquez even quicker as his hands will be faster than at welterweight. The weight is not the issue here. The fact that Marquez ate shots from a sloppy Katsidis and tasted canvas, is.
              and

in his only fight above 135 he looked like absolute crap and it wasn't just the opponent in front of him that made him look that way

he was slower of foot and handspeed, he looked like he was carrying a lot of unneeded bulk and he faded in the end something Marquez rarely does

but let's be realistic here. pac could care less if a 3rd fight happens. jmm's the one begging here. he thinks he beat pac twice right? why would pac train uncomfortably and drain himself to 135?
I don't think Pacquiao can make 135 healthy, Roach even said he couldn't make the weight. This fight IS what didn't need to happen in my opinion.

Pacquiao is already proven at this weight while JMM looks slow and sluggish. And Pacquiao still looks like he is still in his prime albeit on a downhill and Marquez has significantly gotten older from their last fight. I just don't picture this as legit fight and it's very comparable to JMM-Floyd fight.

although there is really no substantial size/weight difference between the 2, it will be a factor simply because pac has shown he can comfortably fight at welter whereas jmm didn't look good in his first try.
or maybe it was a mistake for jmm to add that much weight against floyd and of course they can correct that this time by coming in lighter. still, everything remains to be seen how he gonna perform this time. he proved to be pac's achilles heel in the lower weights but can he do it at welter? me thinks he can not.

fwiw, i think roach would want pac to come in lighter than his previous fights. he's fast already, but they'll need more of it this time.
