That's Bull**** because FightHype did pointed out that Arum is the one using the court cases as an excuse.

    - Floyd still needs his tune-up fight.
He never said he wanted one or nor did he denied to wanted one. I guess that's an excuse fans can use for their own agenda.

    -
Recently, Floyd was asked if he was ready to fight again and who. Floyd said, I'm not ready to fight yet.

He never said he's not ready. Don't make **** up! he only said he'll fight when he wants to, that's totally different than saying he isn't ready.

    -
Floyd vs Mosley: Floyd had fought Marquez and was in negotiations with Manny before Mosley fight .... therefore Floyd was NOT in vacations back then.
Whatever helps your agenda, i guess.

    - Sorry, but Floyd IS still vacationing (see above reasons).

So with all that I said, do you not think its wise for Manny to fight Marquez until Floyd takes care of the above (points)?

Floyd doesn't have to do anything. He won't back off from his stance (Random testing or no fight), and team Pacquiao aren't going to contact the right people from Floyd's camp to make it happen, or vice versa.

Arum & there whole team could say they agreed to the test but if it doesnt go all the way til fight time or if they say they will only do like 3 then thats not going to be ok with Floyd.

Dont post that other Pac vid where he says that he's agreed to all the testing because there is a clear language barrier & question barrier in that interview.
      - Arum said it's a non-issue at this point because Manny agreed.

      - Manny said I would take the test in between rounds just to make sure people (ie. Floyd and his fans) will not come back and say Manny didn't say up to the fight .....

Still, they (Floyd vs Manny) still would need to negotiate the details BUT Manny has clearly come a long way and far enough to get Floyd back to the table. Right?

Floyd has several problems already but one thing is for sure, he said recently, he still wasn't ready to come back. Maybe he will be in a few months from now BUT FLOYD CLEARLY SAID "I'M NOT READY TO COME BACK YET" ..... just like when Floyd said, "I'M TAKING A LONG VACATION".

the TS quoted the part of the interview where Arum claims "any kind of testing- blood, urine, random", keyword being Random.

Both sides are full of ****s. One minute, Manny wants us to believe that he's willing to take unlimited and unarranged testing. Then, months later he wants us to believe that his power is all natural, and wants us to take his words for it that the testing itself isn't necessary.

Nice to see Arum making the right steps towards the biggest fight of our generation - shame he waited till Marquez signed. Lying snake.

It is unnecessary in Pac's view but he has submitted to another's wishes for the fight to happen.

This has pretty much been common knowledge. The fact of the matter is that Floyd seems uninterested in the fight. It doesn't seem to make sense as he has a great chance of winning.

Nonetheless, Pacquiao should have agreed earlier, just to ensure that this wouldn't be used as an excuse. It doesn't come close to making him guilty, but it does give Mayweather the out he was looking for.

which is why the second round of negotiations failed. all of mayweather's bluffs were called. his latest demand became $100 million.
