Until they actually fight, I don't give a damn about all these semantics. Arum needs to go after both Manny and Floyd and show them the $$$$. Floyd doesn't have to do anything. He won't back off from his stance (Random testing or no fight), and team Pacquiao aren't going to contact the right people from Floyd's camp to make it happen, or vice versa.

Like Arum and Manny said, PED's testing is a non-issue ... Manny said even between rounds (ie. no cutoff dates) ...... when Floyd is ready to come back from his extended vacation ... tell him to call Arum!

a) It was stated from different sources that Floyd didn't want to fight Manny until his uncle's case was resolved.

b) So let's say it's an excuse from Arum (court). So why isn't Floyd fighting Martinez or someone else?

a) Roger said months ago that Floyd will need to fight a tune-up fight. So the longer Floyd goes without fighting, the more likely that would be the case.

b) Going by history, after his last long vacation, Floyd fought a Marquez who was a couple of fights from being 3 divisions below him. The nicest thing we can say besides what it really was, was call it a tune-up fight.

NOTE: Floyd went from calling it a fight against P4P #2 to a tune-up, when heavily criticized, now recently back to a fight against P4P #2 (not a tune-up) ..... make up your mind Floyd! Maybe Floyd can't admit the obvious!

So like I said, with Floyd's personal problems, him not ready to come back, more than likely require a tuneup fight BEFORE fighting Manny, .... Manny was wise to take on another fighter and should stay active ... IF NOT, then Manny would be waiting for over a year now! lol!
