Ur logic can't be that far off, can it? Ask yourself, why didn't Arum come out and unequivically state Pac agreed to random blood testing prior to Floyd's "episode" series? Only when Floyd went viral about his signed portion of the contract, taking the test, etc does Arum come out with the answer fans been waiting to hear for 2 years now.

I'm tired of Arum. He's the promoter but releases statements like "all Floyd has to do is call and the fight is made". The reality is that until we hear it coming out of the horse's mouth- it's all bull ****. I gotta tell you guys, I'm a fan of both MP and FM, and was really looking forward to hear Manny call out Floyd at the end of the Mosley fight but it looked like he was trying to avoid answering who he wanted to fight next. I know Manny is not the talking kind of guy but when your honesty is questioned, a man has to prove himself and honestly, Floyd has to clean up his act and get back in the ring.
