B-Hop held a strap before Pacquiao ever laced them up professionally. He has definitely showed the boxing community what true boxing skill, and discipline can accomplish.

Red indicates not a HOF but a very good Champ or lineal title holder.

It's not just his fight against Pascal it is his entire career, he dominated his division, beat down fighters on a rampage and schooled champions young enough to be his son.

That being said I don't know about calling him this generations best fighters as his time is before Mayweather and Pacquiao, both of those fighters have a lot of years to give so they could very well surpass him.

Bh said it himself he essientially does well against power punchers who load up. It isnt a coincidence he had problems with JC and JT, boxers with speed and box punchers.

Tarvers and Pavlik were more power orientated.
