exactly...the fact that he was knocked down doesnt make him a garbage fighter now...and it doesnt mean that cotto was rocked by multiple flush shots by an undefeated knockout machine make him a garbage fighter...

well, i see it the opposite...the last few fights have proven he DOES have a good chin and can withstand punishment and come back and win a fight he's been rocked in...

what it has shown is that his defense is questionable, and that mayweather would run circles around him and that fight shouldnt even be talked about.

I like his ability to recover. He has heart, and he recovers quickly from being hurt. BUt it is not deniable is quite easily at least staggered.

pretty much every 140 pounder would get staggered, if not knocked down or out, by the flush shots he took against torres, whos not exactly a featherfisted fighter...

I dont know if you are attempting to contend that Cotto is an iron chinned fighter. If you are it is a bit on the side of ridiculous. Cotto has an average chin. Nothing more, nothing less.
