Secondly, even if he does have to weigh in above 140, all that means is that he doesnt have to train to cut weight or dehyrdrate himself. Make the weight, and not have to worry about stuffing your face and drinking gallons of water within a 24hr span in order to come in at a weight that you're use to coming in regardless.

If he does weigh in above 140 it means exactly what it did last time.....That physically, he will be terrible.
But for some reason you are ignoring this.
No matter what way you look at it, there is no justification for anyone fighting Marquez when he weighs in above 140.
No matter how much you sugar coat it.

He would come in weighing that even if the fight was being held at 135 or 140. His history proves it.
History proves when he comes to the ring at above 140 he is ok. History also tells us when Arturo Gatti comes to the ring at 160 he is ok. However if he were to weigh in at 160 for a midleweight fight he would look terrible.
History also proves when he weights in above 140, he looks terrible. And that's a fact.

Fact remains that neither fighter will have a weight advantage come fight night. If Marquez feels weighing in above 140 is going to hinder his performance, then he shouldnt weigh in that high. Its quite simple.
Neither fighter will have the weight advantage on fight night but JMM will be a blown up Lightweight and Pacqiauo will be a full fleged WW. Where are you getting lost.
Both fighters will come in above 140. We know that. But the problem with that is; one is a WW whilst the other is a Lightweight. Marquez competes at Lightweight and has done for the past 2 years after he jumped up for a reason.
For God's Sake, how are you not understanding that?
