While I agree with almost all ofmost of what you said, I don't agree with you put all the blame FMJ, when he was the one making concessions during the first negotiation. FMJ was going towards making the fight, while Pac and team were going the other way. If they had agreed to the 14 days that was offered originally, we would probably be talking about the the second fight by now. Remember, originally, they had no problems with OST. Only later did they change their mind and start adding in all kinds of stipulations. How do you agree on something, later change your mind and then blame the other guy for asking in the first place?

The second negotiation, I can see that being blamed on Floyd, but certainly not the first.

As far as I know, FMJ has not been quoted as saying he wants 100 million for the fight.

I bet some of them believe Floyd said that even though it was Arum who quoted that statement publicly. Let's not forget how they denied Arum's other comments about Manny's refusal to accept random OST, but then they'll gladly embrace his comment about Floyd wanting 100 Million dollars because it suits their own agenda/s.

Oscar De La Hoya was past his prime, Shane Mosley was too old, Juan Manuel Marquez was way too small, and Ricky Hatton was an overhyped competitor. What about Zab Judah? Well Judah’s downfall was lack of stamina, otherwise he would have definitely beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. in their bout.

Floyd had already beat Zab in the amateurs at least once. Judah is a mental midget and was bound to crack when Floyd adjusted, as Floyd always has.

Anyway, boxing fans give Floyd Maywether the full credit he deserves. He's a first ballot hall-of-famer who has one of the greatest skill sets to ever step into the ring. There are plenty of boxer fans who spend time on here hating on him or whatever boxer they don't like for whatever reason, but they can't change shit when it comes to who's accomplished what in the ring. Floyd's achievements speak for themselves.

No, FLoyd beat the easiest hatton ever. The one shook up by Collazo badly. Plus FLoyd had a word with the ref so Hatton must have known how it felt to be fighting Sven Ottke in Germany....it must have felt similar. None of hattons previous opponents had to have a word with the ref, so Floyd is making it easier for himself all the time. It takes away from his legacy that is clear to anyone.

Pac fought the best ever hatton, the one trained by the legend floyd senior, and he just beat the great paul malignaggi easily. So people thought hatton was back. You cant just change popular opinion just cos Pac beat Hatton.

are you phuking serious? the sad part for this is we will never know because those other fights will never happen. katsidis just ktfd marquez in his last fight. can you imagine marquez lasting 12 rounds with cotto, clottey and marg? another sad part is we may never know what kind of fight we would have had floyd fought marquez at around the time pac fought him and at the appropriate weight. so these are just subjective suppositions. they mean nothing. absolutely nothing other than they come from a ****rider. another thing is that marquez is a counter puncher. he's at his finest when his opponent is a come forward type like pac. floyd is not. all the odds are stacked up against him. he was forced to do something outside of his comfort zone with floyd. so think a bit deeper yourself before posting such crap. hope that helps for now.

that is not the main issue i responded to his post about. he was propping up floyd's dazzling display of skill when he beat marquez. and he claims that none among guys like cotto, clottey, mosley can ever duplicate it. do you think marquez will even have the balls to fight these guys? it's a case of propping up your idol, while discrediting pac's wins saying so and so can't beat marquez in such incredible fashion. but whatever. it's all opinions, anyway.

I've always felt that if he would've just officially received his first loss in the first fight against Castillo, we would still be seeing the old Floyd with the PBF mentality.

Floyd gets a lot of respect, but just not at the level that HE thinks he deserves.

His hardcore fans hang on to his every word. Defend him to no end. Great fans for him.

Then he turns around and shi.ts on his fans by basically saying that they've never done anything for him. EVER.

And those same fans with Floyd's shi.t on them now, don't even seem to acknowledge what he just said. If you ask them, they'll just change the subject.
