Hispanic, he's not bad for boxing at all. He's not giving a black eye to the sport. There is no real negative talk of him outside of hardcore fans. So he's not bad for the sport.

However, he's not helping the sport either. He's not doing the sport any favors by fighting washed up recycled fighters and charging for it. He's helping his wallet but not the sport.

I don't get these polls at all. I watched Bradley/Alexander on HBO subscription months ago, would have ordered it if it was PPV. It was supposed to be a superfight between undefeated fighters and I was expecting to see undercards. There were none. I thought they've cancelled it. Man I would love to see more fights other than Pac's. But why are they not selling? There were a lot of good fights but it seems not a lot of people are buying them. The attendance was abysmal in these fights.

I'm saying why are you complaining about Pac and not support the alternatives at the same time? Do you even buy them?

only thing bad about manny is his ignorant fanbase, but like every big name fighter, there's gonna be those kinds of people (the ones who think he can beat every fighter who ever lived in one night). the fact he is fighting old washed up names isn't good either, but he isn't gonna be doing that for long, 1. because he is on his way to retirement & 2. because he's running out of old washed up names in his weight division.
