Winning? LOL....you're not even saying anything thats relevant. What is the significance of what you're saying?
Its significant because since Berto "chose" Ortiz, he didnt come in Drained, but since Pac chose Cotto, cotto can in drained

Only logical thing that he can be suggesting. Otherwise the point he is trying to push has as much significance as "Berto signed the contract on a Sat while Pac signed it on a Tuesday"

Dude is just throwing out random insignificant facts

He doesnt seem to believe that they signed a contract on what they agreed.
Fighters agree to fight all the time and then change things before signing the contracts. All i want is confirmation that the fight was signed with the catchweight in the contract.`

Was there a gun put to his head telling him to fight Pac? If not then he chose Pac

You're bringing in some trival facts that bear nothing to the situation
That's just ******,no one turns down the cashcow.Glad U agree that it was fact.Trivial, though all depends on how U want to see it.If Pacman came to my door & said he wants to fight me & offers me 2 million to fight at 144,U better believe that my 185 lb a$$ will literally starve myself to fight him, knowing the out come already,I believe that U would too.

But U cannot sit there & say the fact was trivial, when that's exactly my point & nothing else.If someone says that all planes are engineered to fly, that's a trivial fact. But if someone says not all planes are engineered to break the sound barrier, that is not trivial.

Ortiz wasn't supposed to win,Pacman was favored to win. That is also another difference between the 2,imo.
Why PAC needs a catchweight against Cotto? Well anybody can be a genius after the fact but in hindsight this is essentially PAC first venture above 140. Remember Oscar fight doesn't count. Vegas put 2-1 odd in favor of PAC but experts were split halfway. I remember what Fischer said if Larios put PAC against the rope and put him in ***** street then imagine what Cotto can do to him.

Here's another article citing Ortiz's manager.

Or when negotiations were taking place?

Just because they mention it in negotiations doesn't mean it was in the contract that was signed.

So then PAC remains as the catchweight king?

Well if that's true I'm glad. I hate catchweights not matter what fighter is doing them.
