Okay now I get it.

If you move up from Flyweight to WW and fight the Champ at a 145 catchweight you are a ***** who has to drain fighters to win and you become the "Catchweight King".

But if you move up from 140 and ask for a 143 catchweight and then agree to a catchweight of 145(+1) you are a fearless stud who everyone will duck.

Funny, I thought the catchweight didn't mean **** in both situations.

Okay, I just thought if you won a WW belt at a 145 Catchweight it was a phony belt and doesn't count because you drained the Champ. And then everyone starts calling you the "Catchweight King". My bad.

I know you don't give Pacquiao full credit for Cotto, do you give Ortiz more credit than Pacquiao for beating Berto? If you do, you are a hypocrite.

Actually,U don't know.I have never said I don't give Pacman credit for beating Cotto.What I said was why did his team feel the need to demand a catchweight,period.Would full weight make a difference,who knows,but team Pacman did ask for it.

Ortiz wasn't supposed to win,Pacman was favored to win.That is also another difference between the 2,imo.

in bertos last 9 fights hes only came in at 147 twice. the rest of the times he came in at 145 or 146, so whats the problem?? he accepted to it anyways. could have easily fought another bum.
