Those are Arum's statement to the media saying Arum wanted the fight at 147. It's not like Pac ordered Arum to negotiate the fight at 147. They are not even negotiating yet.

JMM NEEEDS to fight at 140 or 147 in the meanwhile to make this more credible at those weights. JMM can't afford to stay inactive til later this year.

I hate when fighters have that single mindedness about fighting a certain guy that they sit back watchin that guy fight others while keeping themselves on the shelf gettin rusty. He should be confident of beating most guys at these weights so why not beat them get momentum and money while you wait for the guy you're chasing to free up.
