Disregarding the piss, that's what they said Manny would do before the 2nd fight with JMM. And look what happened, it was even closer than the first fight.

I mean at 135 it would mean more for Pac legacy than it will at 147.

As a Pac fan don't you want Pac to keep enhancing his legacy even more? So why not demand this fight at 135 instead of making excuses?
I'll tell you why.... Who's the cash cow ?? Who's asking for the fight ??
When was the last time Pacman weighed 135 ??

Simple dude !!

I'm tired of people blaming Arum for everything. Fact is, Arum can't make shit happen unless Pac wants it. So apparently Pac wants it. Pac is smarter than you guys give him credit for. Pac is not an idiot. Pac knows the deal.

So please stop insulting Pac intelligence. He's not as naive as you.
Unfortunately, I think Pac is not that intelligent as you think he is. He has intelligence of course but he can be easily manipulated. Yes, he could have chosen a better fight...but Arum has a way of getting into him...and that's the way of making more money for a fight. It's sad, but that just the way it is.

In one interview he had in the Philippines, he said Arum would give him all the options, and usually the best option is the best profit they can get in a fight. Arum has a way of manipulating Pac to choose the best option he thinks Pac will not refuse.

Oh I'm sorry you must be part of the team. You must be getting some of that money. I apologize, I thought you were a genuine Pac fan that just wanted to see him do something historic. Didn't know you were getting a cut of the money.
Or maybe, get this, Arum is just going by Pac orders? Maybe it's Pac who's happy and wants to keep on going with making this type of fights?

I mean why wouldn't Pac be? He's making millions of dollars for BS type of fights and some of he's naive fan base eats it up and makes excuses for him doing so.
Why is it "naive" for some fans to actually believe that a fighter can be a good person that has possibly put their trust in the wrong person/persons? If anything, I think it's Pacquiao that is naive and too trusting. I'm not saying that Pac is perfect, certainly he wan'ts to make money, but not every fighter out there is in there for completely selfish reasons. At least he's not out there saying "The fans don't pay my bills"(WTF, hello?), and actually does go out there to entertain and make the fans happy. He absolutely does go in there and fight with pride for his entire country and all of his fans worldwide. Not every fan is completely jaded by the ugly portions of the game. Perhaps a little by the promotional aspects, but not every fighter has a "money makes me great" agenda like some other fighters whom I won't mention. At least not yet anyway.

No, he's not as dumb as you think he is. Nor is he as naive as some his fans are.

He knows what's going on, he knows who are the tough fights and the easy fights.

And, he's all to happy fighting BS fights.

But, again why wouldn't he be? He gets millions, for BS fights, some of his fans eats it up, makes excuses for him, and then throw the blame on another direction. If that's not being a genius then I don't know what is.

No other fighter could get away with some of this stuff.

what the phuk is going on here? marquez is the challenger. he wants big money. challengers and beggars can't be choosers. he doens't have a problem with 147. he knew he doens't have to weigh in at that limit. he also knew pac would most likely not come in at that weight. why can't they come it at their comfortable weight? it's not like pacquiao is significantly taller than marquez. marquez is even taller by an inch. so you phuking know-it-alls speak for yourselves. if you don't want this fight, nobody is forcing you to. these weight issues are incredibly ******.

Isn't that a fair point ?? Boxing belongs to entertainment business.
Who wants the fight ?? Marquez....
So Marquez want the fight, Marquez has weighed more than 140.

What's the problem. ??

It's not my problem you don't know about the business.

Whether JMM really wants the fight is a question mark.

I'm not sure how much JMM really wants to fight Pac. There has been other opportunities for JMM to get in the ring with Pac and it was JMM the reason why those fights didn't happen.

But, for argument sake lets say JMM will fight Pac. JMM will not have a problem with making 147 at all. He will gladly fight there.

The problem though is that one fighter will be daring to be great(JMM) while the other will be cherry picking(not JMM)
