mayweather will beat hatton easily and for the people saying this article makes them respct hatton more. why? he said he wont fight floyd until next year at teh earliest after 3 more fights.

thats crazy why not fight him now, hatton is a ***** he has more fights than floyd and only one win to show for it.

this is the same as calzaghe continously saying he wants to fight lacy and then making excuses as to why he cant.

I'm a PAC fan but when it comes to this mayweather guy. Speed kills. And Floyd got respectable power. But he has speed.

What Mayweather has over Hatton is Ring Mastery.....for instance he changes direction very well, can fight coming forward and backwards, inside and out and can change the tempo of a fight at will whereas Hatton can only fight one way which is coming forward all the time.....what happens when he comes forward head down and Mayweathers not there??? I can only think of one thing......the matador and the bull...... this is gonna be funny!

Hatton has only been on his arse once in 39 fights, and that was a flash knockdown in the 1st round that didn't hurt him.

He took Kostya Tszyu's biggest shots, (and though I will admit, I did see his knees buckle a couple of times... He hid it excellently).

I think it's safe to say that Hatton's chin is alright.

Well... Hatton's gonna have to face Cotto sooner or later, but as a Hatton fan that's the one fight I'm not looking forward too.

Nah, in truth I am looking forward to it, but I'm more worried about Hatton facing Cotto than I am Hatton facing Mayweather.

The way I see it, Cotto is a more dangerous fight with less credit attached.

even if Ricky Hatton beats Mayweather easily American people who post on this site will say Mayweather wasn`t at his best , Hatton was dirty , such a person will beat him, english fighters will never get the respect they deserve by American fight fans simply because they aren`t American , no other reason , remember before the Tyzu Hatton fight they were saying a 35yr old Tyzu is better than a 25yr old Tyzu, then as soon as he gets beaten ( and easily i might add ) its Tyzu was past it, something was wrong , the only thing wrong is that Tyzu wasn`t as good as Hatton and he got outfought, now im not saying Hatton will easily beat Mayweather and im not saying Mayweather isnt a great fighter cos he is but Hatton is a better fighter than anybody who Mayweather has fought before and vice versa and if any one can beat Mayweather its Hatton.

Er has anybody heard of MAB top 3 P4P IMO and will go down as one of the finest fighters to ever grace the lighter weights

These two are two of the best boxers the game has seen this side of the war.... One of there best atributes... they can mix it.

Get off Hattons back. It's only the Johnny come latleys from the US saying this as a result of watching the Zoo fight anyway, they know nothing of Hatton's career until the last 2 years at best. If you actually watch the fight Zoo and Hatton just get it on. I 've made this point on previous threads but.... you don't see or hear any complaints from Zoo.
