Unless he just throws a lucky punch with his eyes closed.....like Tarver.
What do you have to back it up? A fight in which Haye was TKO'd during his 10th pro fight 7 years ago? That's like saying I know Haye is going to KO Wlad because Corrie Sanders did it 8 years ago.

Haye is a very clever fighter. He is very athletic, much bigger, and the harder puncher. Roy could dance around Haye for 12 rounds and win a UD, but I think Haye finds a way to catch him clean and stops him in the later rounds.

      People really underestimate Haye.

Haye is one of the most skilled and fast HW in recent time. Roy wouldnt stand a chance. Sooner or later Haye would land a counter right hand on Roys face

I dont see Haye being fast enough to counter Jones.

But if Haye threw to the body or just went all out attack he would KO Jones quick.

Still see Jones boxing Haye's head off.

One of the biggest myths in boxing

Even at CW he only has 3 pure 1 punch KO's

1 of them was against Alexsandr Gurov, who'd already been stretched 4 times, the other 2 against bums.

He hits hard, don't get me wrong, but nowhere near as hard as the Haye nuthuggers would have you believe, especially at HW

Jones schools Haye for 8 or 9 rds, then
haye breaks through and lands one on Roys weak chin and its over. Haye wins by ko though well behind on the cards
