hmmmmm....YEAH. Roy disposes of Haye easily in his prime. The Haye of today or anyday, he's not that damn impressive.

          At heavyweight? No way.

Haye possesses enough skills, speed, and power to but a real hurting on Jones. Styles make fights and beating Ruiz at HW isn't a yardstick for beating Haye.

            Wasn't that Haye's 10th pro fight? And didn't it happen in '04?

Haye has improved a lot since then. I think he beats RJJ. A prime RJJ was at what? 168?? Haye is just too big and has too much power for Roy too handle.

oddly enough ruiz is haye's best heavyweight opponent to date.

a 38 yr. old , shot version at that.

Jones at 193 was still on top of things. He still had the speed and reflexes that would make the fight. It was after the trip back down to 175 (a huge mistake) that he lost everything.

Ruiz outweighed Jones by almost 30 pounds.

Haye hits alot harder than Ruiz though. And he's much quicker. He's not as big as Ruiz, but he does hit harder.

I'm not trying taking anything away from Roy Jones though. He's one of the greatest fighters I've ever seen in my life, but I think he's too small to take the punches from a Heavyweight with one punch KO power like Haye.
