For example, pac faced his first hall of fame opponent when he was green & in his mid 20s.

You can do this with almost every great fighter. Floyd took a really long time to face his first hall of fame opponent & it was against oscar.

Floyd has never ever faced a great hall of fame opponent in their prime.

    btw,

oscar, shane, & marquez ARE NOT ALL TIME GREATS. Hall of Famers yes, but not all time greats.
If Marquez and DLH arent ATG then your list is made of made up fighters from Fight Night.

Why does everybody compared to Floyd get to cut off pieces of their career? Its ***in crazy. Its always an excuse for Floyd vs anybody. Am I crazy or is it only one excuse Floyd ever had and that was a bad hand and shoulder in Castillo 1 and us so called *****s rarely bring that up.

"*****." LOL. I see why the insane fans that Pac has get a kick out of saying it now.LMAO

It was the WAY in which the early Tyson always beat his opponents, no matter how good, he demolished them, like a construction ball battering down a building. They never had any chance of winning from the very beginning of the fightr when Tyson would come out, bobbing and weaving and PUNCHING, mostly potential KO punches. teh first check was against Bonecrusher Smith, who could easily have been DQ for constant holding. But all credit to him, he lasted out the 12 rds against a monster.

i mean im a big tyson fan, hes very responsible for my love of boxing, but holmes and spinks were past it when he fought them. to say otherwise is an insult to both of these guys careers.
You see in their text that all they're basically saying is Mike made me real excited. Not Mike has a better res.

Tyson was the complete fighter. JMM was a blown up featherweight who didnt do anything at welterweight. Hatton is a JWW. De La Hoya was prime at welterweight.
Holyfield woulda knocked that boy head off his shoulders. Lewis punishes him too. Vitali throws him around. The version Tyson fought for sure.

Tysons win over Berbick, Smith, Tucker, Golota, Bruno etc anything Floyd has done in his wole carrear.

Were talking different calibre of fighters here.

Berbick was ok. Very brave but thats it. Tucker was the best of that bunch and could have beat Tyson witha better gameplan. Dont mention Bruno's scary ass.

That's likely why he intended to retire. I only heard about the cancer years afterwards, but of course HE must have known about it for a long time. It was announced that he intended to retire and that was his last fight. So he DID retire. Sounds logical. I haven't even thought about him since.

wow, how the heck is Tyson winning on this poll?

Tyson accomplished a lot in a short period of time, but Mayweather clearly has the better wins.

Of course Tyson has a greater resume/atg ranking by a country mile but talking about greater pussyness without a doubt Floyd wins it .

Mayweather keeps losing these resume polls. Perhaps we should do one with Mayweather/Spadafora. One he would win.

If Manny's a bum at fantasy fights, Floyd's a bum at resume polls.

Tyson will always have a place in my heart .. with the bobbing and weaving . devastating skilll , speed and power for a hw. No one should disrespect his achievements , there will never be another him.

Now saying that I hate Floyd but I had to keep it real and vote for him.... cos when you look who tyson had success with apart from maybe 3 names you think who the hell are these other guys in the history of boxing.... Where as Floyd has at least 5 or 6 big names , fought in multiple weight classes and is undefeated.

They've both fought over the hill fighters but it pains me to say it but floyds resume is better he just wasn't half as interesting or entertaining!
