For instance the Dirrell - Froch, clear robbery but it was a split D, Kessler- Froch, robbery, now that was Frochs fault for not dominating Kessler like he should had and allowing a "close" fight to get robbed of. Johnson is Jamaican and has been robbed enough in America let alone going into Frochs backyard.
Its clear that everyone does not agree that Dirrell won the fight dude just you do..Funny thingis I'm a big Froch fan and would not call the Kessler fight a robbery ya know why it was not a robbery it was a close fight that could have went either way..The Dirrell fight was also close but Dirrell did not do enough imo he fought like a Ho and deserved to lose period..I'm not mad at Froch wanting this fightin his hometown he has fought on the road for most of he recent fights and has been the Champ and still did it anyway..If Johnson was robbed so much(more so in America oddly enough)he should be going in thinking bout KO'ing Froch since he gets robbed so much it should not matter where he fights..

I realize Froch has been upset about fighting outside of Nottingham since Dirrell, but them semis are contracted to be in America. If he didn't want to fight outside of Nottingham he should not have joined the tournament

Froch, you're an OG and a badass. Quit complaining, you're better than this.

you don't seriously believe this do you? of course it's an advantage having everyone in the arena cheering for you. this affects the judging and commentating of the fight as we've seen time and time again. look at how froch complains about the juding in the kessler fight. he knows it helps immensely.

Except Froch has been on the road three out of his last four fights (which shows he isn't reluctant to travel to make fights) and some of his fans have actually expressed doubt that they'll be able to travel and support him this time because of the expense.

Some fighters actually interact with their peeps and Froch has a loyal hometown following.

And Carl will still fight wherever it ends up, guaranteed. He's just trying to make this a big deal for his Nottingham faithful.

If Johnson agrees, then what's the problem? If he doesn't, then the fight will go as planned in the US.

Nobody can force Glen on this one, and he can milk it as much as possible, maybe get a nice bonus for going to Nottingham. Who are we to tell the two men who are fighting where they should fight. As long as they are both okay with any given location, it's all good with me.

I'd imagine IF Showtime agreed to it they'd insist on the fight being held at 2am here so they could show it live.

Name me a fight Johnson lost that was a "robbery?" In other words, a fight he won decidedly but didn't get the decision. I have seen a large percentage of his fights in the US and while there were some close decisions, NONE were a "robbery" where he dominated his opponent but lost the decision.

Froch knows how these things work, he knows that if the dirrell fight was in the states he would have definitely lost, if the kessler fight was in nottingham he would have Won, home advantage is just that, you tend to get awarded the close rounds. People are talking about nothingham as being a meca or something for robberies, well in a fairly recent fight bradley came to nottingham and took the home fighters belt (Witter) in a close one and if the froch dirrell fight was in a neutral venue dirrell should have taken it as he looked marginally better on the night than froch. Both were pretty crap though.

Look at what ward gets!! He gets belt holder kesser to travel to him first round, follows it up with all home ties, home semi final berth. He is also hughly protected at home being allow to butt with no warning, given near shutouts against bika when bika clearly took some rounds.

Froch v johnson should be at a neutral venue but lets not get too carried away about talking bad officials and home advantage!! Everyone wants it but it doesnt always work that way
