The disparity between these two guys is two great and it would be hard to iron a a happy medium with both guys can compete without compromising too much

At least he's fighting someone who's earned his title, however easily, instead of it being handed to him.

Originally posted by AllEyesOpen View PostPeople want Pac because he's the one that bring in 10x more money, but the fact is Martinez has fought more tough opposition in the last 2 years then most and he's done it on HBO; no ppv, no big name opposition, just working his way up on impressive wins. Now Cotto is the no. 1 jmw in the world, and honestly I think Martinez has earned an a big name fight.

Fight night would look like 148 Pac and 170 Martinez. We have some morons here saying that Pac is ducking Martinez if he doesn't fight him. But when it comes to Martinez fighting Pascal or Dawson at a catchweight of 170, they say it's not fair and that they are to big for Martinez LOL.

Facts are clear, Cotto is a Pay-per-view draw and Maravilla wants to be exactly that, clearly confirmed the same night. Martinez was the freeby, while more people watched Cotto's for 50.00 bucks. People gladder pay the money to watch Cotto. If that doesn't tell the story, I don't know what does. Plus, from all the Stars He is the only one who will face the #1 P4P.
